Where can I collect my parcel?

You may select the self-pick up option and you may collect it at the address as the following:

How much is the postage fee charged?

MALAYSIA

West Malaysia: Flat Rate RM8 (POSLAJU)
East Malaysia: Flat Rate RM12 (POSLAJU)

SINGAPORE

Singapore: Flat Rate RM75 (POSLAJU INTERNATIONAL)

When will I receive my (local) parcel?

We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner, POSLAJU.
Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days, depending on the area.

How can I track my parcel location?

Tracking number and order status shall be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if it is not found in INBOX.
